The winding machine with winder is used in the production of Spandex Yarn. It is located under the spinning chutes in the process.
The winders are friction winders with bobbin holders in revolving arrangement for 8 folder windings.
The machine frame, designed as a welded steel construction, is divided vertically into lower and upper frames and horizontally into sections. The arrangement of the sections in the overall machine frame is adapted to the space conditions at the installation site and can be seen in the installation plan.
The lower part of the frame has a box-shaped base that is designed as an air duct for the air-conditioning system. The base has guide rails on its upper side for positioning and placing the winders.
The upper part of the machine frame is placed on the intermediate uprights of the lower frame. The godets, the preparation drives, the thread guides and the holder for the air nozzles are mounted on the front wall of the frame and covered by a front cover. The cover is divided into cells in spinning division grids. Each cell is closed by a door. For section ventilation or silicone suction, the section partitions have an opening that is connected to the central silicone suction line. Under each section there is a collection tray for the disposal of dripping silicone preparation precipitate with connection to a return line.
The yard inlet opening above the front cover can also be modified by sliding plates.
A cable duct is laid at the rear of the upper frame, with a termination point for the plug connection of the godets and preparation drive motors as well as for the connection of the winders and the control voltage.
The winder is equipped as following:
- Friction roller for the bobbin holder drive
- Bobbin holder -changing device with 2 bobbin holders
- Traverse with curve for 8-ply winding
- Thread transfer device for lossless thread transfer during the bobbin change process
- Bobbin push-off device
